We believe there are a number of valid reasons*, however we believe the low aforementioned Climax percent is related, but not limited, to the lack of MIND-BODY BALANCE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>How to get to a positive MIND-BODY BALANCE PLACE-see below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There are many things you can do in your daily life to achieve simple ways to begin a mind-body-soul balance. You don\u2019t have to engage in all, maybe one is all it takes or more, the following-\u201cYour journey to mind-body balance is taking the first\/one step then reassess before taking the next step\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Read and learn often.<\/strong> Your education shouldn\u2019t stop once you\u2019re out of school. Open your mind to new possibilities, beliefs, and interests by reading, taking online classes, watching documentaries, and attending workshops.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&nbsp;Meditate regularly.&nbsp;<\/strong>Meditation improves memory, attention, mood, immune system function, sleep, and creativity. All it takes is a few minutes a day to start reaping the benefits  Guided meditation is perfect for beginners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Practice yoga.<\/strong> Yoga is amazing for your overall health. It helps you build strength, coordination, and flexibility while calming your mind. It also encompasses the mind-body-soul connection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Avoid sitting for extended periods of time.<\/strong> Try to stand or move around while you work, if possible. Too much sitting is linked to heart disease, diabetes, and a shortened lifespan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Get at least 15 minutes of moderate to fast-paced exercise each day.<\/strong> Live close to work? Walk or ride your bike on nice days. Exercise is important for heart health, physical stamina, and mood.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Spend time outside.<\/strong> Now is the perfect time of year for hiking, boating, picnics, outdoor sports, foraging for wild foods, camping, and much more!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Add more plant-based foods to your diet.<\/strong> Eating lots of vegetables and fruit can help prevent chronic disease. Shop your local farmer\u2019s market for fresh, in-season produce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Get involved in a volunteer organization or activism group.<\/strong> Use your voice or your talents to do some good in the world. We\u2019re all connected, and it\u2019s incredible to experience that connectedness when we work toward a common goal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Fuel your passions.<\/strong> Set aside some time each day to do what makes you happy. Many of us work so much that we forget how great it feels to paint, dance, make music, write, garden, or swim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Listen to music often.<\/strong> And sing along or dance!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Be grateful.<\/strong> Take some time each day to write or think about the things you\u2019re grateful for, like family, friends, pets, food, shelter, health, or the beauty of nature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Be kind to everyone-its\u2019 better to give then receiving.<\/strong> This includes yourself!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Get enough sleep each night.<\/strong> And remember that you\u2019re never too old for naps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Find a career path that is meaningful to you.<\/strong> Chase your dreams, not riches.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Let go of the little things.<\/strong> If something won\u2019t matter tomorrow, don\u2019t let it ruin today.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Slow down.<\/strong> A little rest and relaxation when you\u2019re used to spending lots of time on the go can replenish your mind and body-this has been the most difficult for me to do!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Stop people pleasing.<\/strong> There\u2019s a difference between being kind and being a doormat. If you spend too much time worrying about what others will think, you\u2019ll lose yourself and end up feeling miserable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cut major sources of stress out of your life.<\/strong> This includes unnecessary spending, clutter, a job you hate, or unhealthy relationships.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Avoid gossip and drama.<\/strong> Judging your neighbors and co-workers doesn\u2019t make you superior; it just makes you hard to trust.
